it's been awhile since i wrote here....hmm where do i start....had a couple of christmas concerts...the first was just the symphonic band one....which totally blew chunks out the ass....maria came up to me afterwards and was like..."that sounded good" and i was thinkin...."she's lyin" lol....the other was the christmas gala...which went by pretty well....pretty decent crowd ....i ended up sightreading 1 tune in the symphonic band part.....the steel band part was fun...except for the part where i dropped my mallet in the pan during a song and it hit just about every note imaginable....gleason just looked at me and busted out laughing...sll my applied music classes are pretty much over...finals are next week and so are jurys....ugh....jurys....had my recital yesterday..i though i was going to be the only one again...luckily maria sung too....everything went by great...when i started learning the song i didn't really like it ...but with the piano part it sounds REALLY good ....i played the pavane for a dead princess by ravel....she also sang a song by a french composer...ooo we're also getting a new theory teacher!!!! im excited...lol...i've been hanging around carolyn alot lately (the girl that went to ike)....she's cool...but she's really kinda weird...but in a cute kinda way...idk...the other day we were like..all over each other ...she was rubbing my back ..it was REALLY good..haha....even robert was like ...damn....she's fun to be around.. the other day while i wasn't paying attention she stabbed me in the lip with her lip gloss and iw as like WTF???...she also likes to take my keys....idk what's up with that, and yesterday after she took my keys she bit me.......like i said she's kinda weird.....also got a gig comin up ...oscars putin the band together to play alot of latin stuff so im pretty psyched bout that....so far we know of 3 songs we're gunna do...we're playing 2 chick corea tunes: Armando's Rhumba, and Spain which i recommended ..and he's having me arrange Manteca...which im almost done with...we had a rehearsal wednesday night...it went pretty well..i didn't have my music so i had to read a tenor sax part...it was very different..i had all these eighth note runs and keep in mind the song was in cut time.....anyways that's it for now...i got no plans for the weekend so...yea...im done ...

well...here i am again...semi drunk......what's happened...hmmm....thanksgiving went by ok i guess....kinda hard to be thankful for too much since alot things aren't goin my way....but i am thankful for the obivous ...life, a great handful of friends, family etc...lol....i woke up at around noon wennt to my dad's for thanksgiving it was ok...he getting my conn trumpet fixed!!!! i was like SWEET!!!!!!! i ate there...the food was ok .....i didn't eat too much there....after that i went to ry's where im starting to realize that it's pretty much home now...im there more then i am my own home..lol....had some intresting dishes...so it was a bit of a culture shock for me...we ended up taking the kids to jack in the box for a little late night snack...which was fun....then this mornin i got up around 11 and just layed in bed for an hour...it was great...then i played a few games and went to ry's ....we hung out for a bit then i went and got gas for $1.94!!!!!! WOOT!!!! then we went looking for baseball equipment....then danielle called and we went and picked her up ...then i got pretty tipsy...not too much though....then was sat there watching crappy julia roberts movies ....>.<

i came home at about midnight ....i was able to drive just fine and had no problems....i've i've been here chatting online since...that's bout it for now

not much has happened..just got back from Laurie's early thanksgiving meal...it was pretty good...got to chill with javier, mike, earnest and other locksmiths.....symphonic band has been....well....less then decent....didn't have to go to steel band yesterday.....the faculty had a little concert outside to promote the day jazz band coming back next semester....got to meet the new director....he seems pretty cool...i took a crap load of pic which i'll post in a sec......went and saw harry potter last night...it wasn't as good a i'd hoped it would be it skips ALOT...like ALOT more then you thought it would......they don't even have the quidditch world cup in it...they also tell the story differently and change part of the story line......but like i  said...it was just ok.......john williams didn't do the music........oh yea..we also saw daryl douglas last night...i was like WHOA!!! its DARYL!....well that's it for now...here are the pics....
